On April 8, 2024, YOSHITAKE INC. (hereinafter “YS”), in partnership with WUXI BEST M. &. E. EQUIPMENT CO., LTD (hereinafter “WXB”), established a joint venture company named YOSHITAKE (WUXI) FLUID TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., for the purpose of expanding sales channels, especially strengthening sales to general industry, OEM and project market.
This joint venture company aims to achieve stable business operation and expansion by combining the widespread brand strength of Yoshitake in China with the energy-saving technology and sales expertise based on the rich achievements of WXB in China. In addition, although we have been providing extensive product supply through distributors for many years, we have also felt the need for a local subsidiary as we see increasing demand for after-sales service. Therefore, we are determined to provide even better service through the local subsidiary.
